Hi, I’m Courtenay! I’ve worked here on our helpdesk for 3 years now, and I’ve learned so much in that time and love being able to put that learning back into my work, so that I can provide even better support for clients. I take pride in managing our helpdesk, and I’m passionate about ensuring you get the best support as efficiently as possible. I also enjoy getting stuck into tricky issues; finding satisfaction in finally fixing them and allowing clients to improve their day-to-day because of it; and learning more from each experience. Outside of work, I love reading; I own over 200 physical and digital books and have a yearly reading goal of 35! I enjoy exploring new places and spending time in nature wherever I go, and have recently picked up photography again. I implement this in my travels and nature visits regularly and find joy in capturing beautiful landscapes and cities.
